In the middle of the pine forest at Maglian, you'll find an outdoor calisthenics park built from natural materials. Tall timber pillars, steel bars and logs placed around the trees make a training space that fits the landscape instead of standing out from it.
The park has pull-up bars, dip bars, ladder bars, a climbing rope, balance logs, an incline plank and wooden stumps for step-ups and jumps. You train with your own body weight, so the equipment works for every fitness level. Beginners can do simple hangs and balance work. Experienced athletes can push harder with pull-ups, climbs and full circuits.
Training outdoors in fresh mountain air, surrounded by trees, feels very different from a gym. It's a good way to start the morning before the workshops or to clear your head in a break between sessions. It also works well for group challenges that get the whole team moving and laughing together.
